Replace light with ceiling fan

Install DC ceiling fan (with integrated light) where existing ceiling light is. The ceiling is plasterboard and believe the existing ceiling light is screwed into one of the timber roof beams. The dwelling is a house with roof cavity access via a manhole. The fan has already been partially assembled (see pics) but not wired up. The fan is operated by a remote but I believe the existing light switch is still required as an emergency kill switch. Available 7 days a week, morning, day, or night. - Due date: Flexible

Recently replaced batteries in my Ceiling Fan's remote. It now does not work. It just beeps continuously. The mode is an Aeratron. So experience with these fans would be a big plus. I think it's as simple as reprogramming the remote to the fan as it hadn't been used in a long time. Service 2x Aeratron ceiling fans and their remote controls - Due date: Flexible

Im needing an electrician to install a ceiling fan. The room currently has a light in the place of the ceiling fan, & the wiring is slightly off centre. Will need to shift the wiring to centre and install a medium sized ceiling fan. Pictures attached

To replace the ceiling fan receiver in the installed ceiling fan which will need to be taken down from the ceiling and then replaced back up to where it is presently. I have already purchased the new receiver and accompanying remote.

The fan's blades do not move much (they only a few cms and then it goes back another 2 cms when you turn it on). Even when the fan is off you can not move them much manually (again, only 2 cms both directions). I believe the bearings are stuck inside as the fan is almost brand now (few months old). The Brand is: Martec I am happy to help you to put the fan down as well. I am also flexible with time/date to arrange the repair.

I need 2 ceiling fans installed into my ceilings, They are concrete ceilings with lights that I will replace with fans. I also have one light fitting to be installed, replacing another.
