I’m looking for an electrician to install 3 DC ceiling fans with lights (remote operated). There are two to be installed inside and one outside on a balcony area. The two inside lights have seperate light switches however the outside one has a switch shared by two lights. Ideally I’d like the balcony fan to have its own switch but I understand that may not be possible. Please advise on this before making an offer. Thanks!

The ceiling is 2400mm high, fans are low profile. The existing lights are screwed into something, I am not sure if it is a stud but the walls have metal studs.
