Hi, there is already a Noggin and an electric connection for both areas where the ceiling fans needs to be installed. Both places currently have a light installed, which will need to be taken out and fans will replace the lights. (light photo attached) So, the way I see it, it should be as easy as, take the lights down and hang the fan to a noggin and completing the electric connection. These fans have a remote and lights on them as well. so not sure if that requires additional work. (Fan photo attached) I will be needing a safety certificate from you for future use, if required. isolate power supply at main fuse, disconnect existing unit and dispose of, assemble/build replacement fan, install bracket to existing support, hang and connect new fan, restore power and test - ensure al now working.
