Cat door installation in glass window

Richmond VIC 3121, Australia

I’m looking to get a cat door installed in our window into our upstairs balcony, and would love it if we can also have a small wire enclosure built on our balcony for the cats. This is mainly to get the litter box out of the house onto the balcony. We don’t have a cat door currently and not sure if the glass we have is strong enough to have a door installed into it. I have put $100 just to get this going but please quote for a full cost including materials (we would like an economical solution). Any suggestions would be welcome. Please see pictures.
