Looking for an experienced glazier to replace 4 narrow glass panels in a front entry door enclosure. Scope of Works: Remove and replace existing textured glass inserts. Panels required: 2 × top panels: 105 cm (H) × 23 cm (W) 2 × bottom panels: 92 cm (H) × 23 cm (W) Match existing patterned textured glass (see second photo for style). Install new glass safely and seal neatly into existing timber framing. Remove any broken glass and leave the area clean and safe. Requirements: Supply and fit safety glass in a similar or matching texture. Work to be completed promptly and neatly. Notes: The main door is timber with four inset side panels (two on each side). The glass shown in the second photo represents the preferred style, simple textured pattern, translucent but not clear.

Assessment of draughts in my house plus works to be done to seal all draughts. I have a narrow 3 bedroom town house. I've already sealed draughts at the base of all external doors, and need assessment of all windows, possibly 20 windows in total. Also a set of French doors that open onto our deck that need assessing.

Screen is broken and need replacement

We need a large triangular piece of glass that is currently siliconed in as part of a staircase removed to allow some furniture to be moved upstairs and then neatly refitted. Triangular pane measures 233 x 187cm x 140cm. Ideally need the piece of glass removed and refitted the same day.

We’ve identified a water leak in the roof of the bus, which appears to be entering through an air flow cavity and trickling down into the interior. To address the issue, the pop rivets will need to be drilled out and the air flow compartment removed for inspection. Once opened, a water vacuum or other appropriate drying method should be used to fully dry the area. The cavity will then need to be properly resealed and reassembled. We’re looking for someone with general maintenance experience, particularly with automotive fibreglass, panel work, and sealing techniques.
