Adjust glass pool gate not aligning and latching

The lock/latch on my swimming pool gate is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced. I’m looking for someone experienced with swimming pool gates who can inspect the existing lock and either repair it or supply and install a suitable replacement. The gate needs to close and latch properly and comply with NSW pool safety requirements.

I need a gate spring fitted to a pool gate so that it closes automatically. I have a gate spring here but I am not 100% sure if it is suitable. Please see attached photo.
