It is a duplex, the backyard is probably 15x10 and then down the side of each house and a bit at the front. If you do a good job I have identical project in same suburb needs same treatment. I mowed 1 month ago before leaving for holiday and the rain has made it go wild so my lawn mower won’t get through it.
