Remove any debris, rocks etc (landfill bin available) 3. Soil surface to be levelled and reduced to 5cm below concrete edge height (footpath/kerb) so that my turf will lay flat/level with footpath height. This is an occupied rental property. Address will be given to successful applicant. We have a tenant that has installed a new clothes line in the old garden patch. We need someone to take off the top layer, lay in gypsum, level the soil then lay in the instant lawn around the clothes line. We want to box in the lawn in a 6 x 5 metre area. We will supply the lawn and gypsum. The materials will be delivered to the front driveway and will need to be taken to the rear of the property through the side gate (clearance is around 750cm). We can arrange for the delivery of the materials on the same day or stagger them if preferred.

Please provide quote. Small area of Real turf (needs to be Kikuya) needing to be laid. You will need to prep / supply soil & the physical turf. The area is only 3.5mx1.9 so 6.6sqm there is already an irrigation pipe running to it but will need you just to connect the one irrigation hose under the turf (irrigation stuff already supplied). Please see picture for where the turf will be laid.
