30m2 of turf and top soil to be removed. Levelled to 150ml below line.

Our front yard has been devastated by excavators, concrete trucks and digging out some fence posts. It's a big mess of exposed dirt, mud, weeds and a variety of different grasses. We want it to be as presentable as possible before May 5th. This job will probably require multiple visits: one for the weed management, and at least one (probably two) for the turf. Size: The area is less than 30 sq/m, including the footpath area at the front of the house. Access: We have an aluminium fence at the front of the house, so you'll be relying on wheelbarrow access from kerb to lawn. Materials: We'll supply the turf. You supply the weed killer and the topsoil. Consideration 1: Our front yard is a bit slopey and lumpy, with a lot of hard clay underneath. If possible, we'd like you to level it out and make it nice. Consideration 2: We have pets and a newborn baby, so any chemicals used need to be selected, administered and stored appropriately. Consideration 3: Given the above two considerations, you may decide to dig up the weeds instead of going down the chemical route. Not fussed - you be the judge. I have a small backyard with a retaining wall separating 2 levels, I’m hoping to completely transform it, I am wanting to fake turf both levels, and replace one piece of wood on the wall also paint it a woodland grey or black maybe even a stronger oak wood colour I’ll need maybe some guidance on the final outcome. Also I want to add some white sunken in pavers on the top level and a privacy screen (Bunnings or whatever) added to the back fence, one SHEIN will need to be removed too! I have the strip of grass at the front of my house needs removing and replacing with new turf. It's around 15metres in length and there are two strips at around a metre in width. There is also the potential for turfing the rest of the front garden which is a larger project.

I have a large Jacaranda tree on my footpath. Over time the soil has eroded from the garden edging and exposed tree roots and there is little grass now. The tree has been undercut so not low hanging. Much of the prepping will be just adding soil and turf but some sections may need to be dug out to allow fresh soil and levelling. Not expecting bowling green results. Just need grass to grow and tidy up the corner.

Not sure if you have a machine that can get through there or will need to wheelbarrow. I am looking for quotes and also quotes for natural turf.
