Key requirements: • Must be a cooling/heat-reflective turf technology (e.g. COOLplus or similar) so it stays safe to touch for kids’ bare feet in summer — this is a must-have, not optional. • We’ll move the trampoline onto the concrete ourselves before you arrive, so that area will be clear. • No side yard access — all materials (turf rolls, base/crushed rock, tools etc.) will need to be brought through our garage, then through an internal door, and out the back door into the yard. Please factor this into your quote/time estimate. • Includes removing existing grass, levelling, laying a proper base, turf installation, and infill.
