No real grass at present, however, 10 sqm has synthetic grass that we would like to replace with real grass. Laying of turf in front and back garden. Irrigation system will be already in place and soil /turf will be provided by owner on site. Details shown in photos: - Back garden 10m x 4 m to be turfed (area to left of tree which will be a clear site) - Front garden 2.2m x 9m with a garden path cutting through the middle. Outdoor taps already in both front and back gardens. Site largely flat but still needs some flattening/rolling to make it completely flat for laying turf.
