Hi , i need to to get new turf ( Sir Walter Buffalo) installed on approx. 100sqm area. Also need to build a raised garden bed in the backyard approx 8sqm , 50cm height. Existing weed/lawn has been sprayed and almost dried now.

Installation of a synthetic turf for a balcony garden. The balcony length is approx. 7m and I have a 10m turf roll. There maybe some cutting needed for the turf to be installed as the balcony has a different shape (see pictures). I would like to have someone professional install it with a neat finish, keeping in mind that it is a rental so I would prefer not to use any adhesives etc. Noting I do not have any equipment to install it other than the turf itself. The floor underneath the balcony is tiles, and the balcony is fully shaded but happy to consider how best to consider any potential drainage needs.
