2 hrs weeding and mulching garden beds in backyard.

Hi there, I have a small backyard (2m x 7m) in Newtown. With all this rain the grass has died. I need assistance adding new soil, a layer of plastic sheeting, a roll of artificial grass and some mulch. I'd imagine about three hours work. I'm proposing $50 an hour and will pay more if it takes longer. PROCESS: 1. Add soil so there is a gentle slope to the drain in the back corner. (Some shovel work) 2. Lay black plastic sheeting over entire area 3. Lay rubber mats under artificial turf area – they are just sit there (2m x 3m) 4. Lay roll of artificial turf (The roll is heavy enough that some double-sided tape is probably all that is needed – all supplied) - no cutting, just roll it out 5. Shovel out mulch over the remaining black plastic Wanting to get this done ASAP before the next rain. Simple job and an extra shovel would be handy. When are you available? I need my garden fully overhauled (cosmetic/superficial big clean up) in preparation for selling the house: 1. All weeds / grass removed (general pulled from ground completely and removed from pavers). 2. Ivy on fence trimmed right back so it is very neat and tidy. 3. Garden waste to all be completely removed. 4. Spread woodchips all around newly weeded dirt area (40m2), minimal thickness - prefer you arrange woodchips but let me know if price excludes. 5. Top up blue metal driveway (12m2) with matching pebbles (only minimal top up required). Photos attached. Ideally to be done this weekend (Sat 18th & Sun 19th) but can potentially be done early next week (not my top preference). Location Erskineville. Roller door side access but very narrow (2.4m). Could reverse a ute in with a bit of caution.

I’m clearing a yard of old debris; bamboo and other plant matter. It would seem better to run this through a commercial mulched than trying to put in the skip bin.
