There is a strip of raked dirt, 24m x 60cm outside my fence line and inside the road kerb. I would like it lined with weed mat and then mulch on top. We need help to move 10 cubic mtre of mulch from out the bottom gate area of the property to inside the gate along the bottom and left hand side edges of the garden area up to about 8 - 10 metre's along the fence line. The resident is an elderly lady who is unable to move this on her own but can show you the areas to mulch. Have wheelbarrow and shovels but happy if you have your own tools to use.

I usually get forest mulch delivered from Payne’s Landscape Supplies however access is an issue as my driveway is not long enough and some of the load ends up on the footpath. I’m looking for someone who can supply a large quantity of mulch (from Payne’s or similar quality, ideally cheaper) via trailer and wheelbarrow it onto the property. Parking is available.

Transport: Drive it to Marrickville Public School (less than 1km away). Reassemble: Reassemble the coop and run at the school location. Note: Omlet coops are modular (mostly clips and brackets), but you will need basic tools. Part 2: Green Waste Removal Task: Remove approximately 2 cubic meters of garden mulch/woodchips from the private residence. Disposal: This must be taken to the tip/green waste. Do not take this to the school. Requirement: You will need a ute, trailer, or truck capable of carrying this volume. Logistics: Date: Monday, 1st December (Fixed date). Location: Marrickville (Both sites are very close). Access: Easy access at the private residence. I will coordinate school access times with you. Required: Own tools and appropriate vehicle/trailer. I have a large sweet viburnum hedge in my backyard that needs to be prepped for strong spring growth. The hedge runs along my backyard in two sections (approx. 35 m + 15 m = 50 m total length) in a garden bed about 1 m deep. It’s about four years old, well established, with mixed growth strength across sections. I want it set up for maximum growth this season. Step 1 – Clean-up and Removal • Rake out and remove all fallen leaves and the old bark-mulch (laid ~3 years ago). • Leaves are a mix of old viburnum leaves (from thrip damage) and nearby eucalyptus leaves. • Some raking required under the hedge canopy. • Dispose of all waste off-site. Step 2 – Compost & Fertiliser Application • Lay a 2–3 cm compost layer evenly along the hedge base (~50 m × 1 m). • Apply Osmocote All-Purpose fertiliser — roughly one small handful per m² (keeping 5–10 cm clear of stems). • Water in thoroughly to activate and blend compost and Osmocote. Step 3 – New Mulch Layer • Apply 5–7 cm of eucalyptus mulch evenly over the bed to lock in moisture and suppress weeds. • Keep mulch 5–10 cm from hedge trunks to prevent rot. Materials and equipment • Provided by me: Osmocote All-Purpose fertiliser (onsite). • To be sourced and transported by airtasker: ○ Compost: ~1 m³ is my best guess ○ Eucalyptus mulch: ~3 m³ is my best guess • Tasker to provide all own equipment Time:.
