Our rental, property garden has gotten out of hand and we need to give it a solid tidy. It’s mostly lawn, but also some overgrown ferns probably need thinning out/cutting back. It feels unsafe (long grass and overgrown ferns) and the plan is to get it tidied up so the tenants can step up and take better care of it moving forward. They are about one story High, pick up any garbage that is found in hedges or trees, just make the place look really good front back and sides. All rubbish to be removed please.
