Needing a good tidy up outside - hedges and bushy garden beds need trimming and hand weeding and back retaining wall needs all the dead grass and weed pulled out from on top and removed. Lawns and edges do not need to be done we have a guy that comes fortnightly for that.

Hi I’m renting a townhouse in Robina and am responsible for the courtyard. I’ve let it turn into a jungle with all of the rain and I need it sprayed/weeds removed/hedges trimmed etc. There is no lawn but there are garden beds with bark. It’s not particularly large but it’s very overgrown. I’ve attached photos and rough dimensions/site plan. I need to sort the garden out now and then probably have repeat visits every couple of months to keep up under control. It’s a gated community so I need to be there to give you access. I WFH a lot so hopefully we can find a date that works. Next Wednesday 17 April would be ideal as I’ll be home all day. All rubbish must be removed (no green bin). Area 1: garden bed along side path of duplex. Total width (incl path) is 1.4m wide x approx 18m Area 2: garden bed (shrubs/trees/mulch) approx 3.5m x 1.8m Area 3: strip approx 8.5 x 1.4m There is then a drop at the back with a retaining wall but access is limited so I don’t think it’s my responsibility to maintain that area. As it’s a lot of weeds I’m happy to have it nuked with weed killer and whipper-snippered where it’s too much to have them all pulled. Some are pretty big and tree-like by now. I just need to get it under control and then it will hopefully be more manageable and I can pull weeds out myself when they start popping up and are a lot smaller.
