This is not a quick slash-and-go job — I’m after someone methodical who takes care around the home and completes everything properly in one day. The yard is small but tree-heavy and has been left for around 12 months, so it needs a solid tidy-up. Scope includes: Garden clean-up & trimming • Mow lawn • Rake, weed and remove all leaves • Trim trees and bushes right back • Cut down large vine along fence • Ensure no plants touch house, windows or gutters • Cut, stack and load green waste Plant care • Repot several large plants (pots + soil provided) • Move small paw paw plant (currently in fire pit) • Transfer worm farm to new system Other tasks • Clear and tidy potting area • Remove shade cloth from patio awning • Take old washing machine to tip • Remove buckets and general rubbish • Multiple tip runs likely Bonus (ideal but not essential) • Secure patio beam with bolt • Remove small external window awning You’ll need: • Ute or trailer • Ability to do multiple tip runs • Own gardening tools (whipper snipper available) • Physically capable of a full day • Careful, respectful approach This is a full-day job and I’d like everything completed on the day.
