Trim back vines way back and off the ground (I do like to have them over the fence but they're out of control at the moement) I try to trim back enough to give time to grow but without it looking barren. Cut the bigger thicker parts that are growing above the fence line. Remove all plant waste including the pile of branches on the ground and leaf litter in the garden. Remove the netting and a few metal poles that are on the ground. Tidy up cobwebs on the outdoor furniture and the windows.

2 hours Tidy up of yard for rent inspection. Landlord is understanding and just needs to see some effort. No mowing needed at the moment.
