Require someone to do a very quick once-over on a house. Just 1 hour of blowing down and scooping pool, swiping any cobwebs. Just a freshin up. There is also a tiny patch of grass (3m x 2m) next to the driveway on either side which we can usually whipper Snip for about 10 minutes to clean it up and make the edge of the driveway look neat.

Full yard tidy. Grass out front needs a mow but is well taken care of. Around the side and back is longer as the rain has stopped us from mowing these spaces.
