Reporting plants on small balcony

Hi there I need this large trough to have all the plants removed and about half of the soil. You’ll need to remove all of that from the sight and dispose of it please. These are old agave’s that are compacted in there. I also need the solid concrete trough to be shuffled straight backwards about 20 cm. I guess the weight will be about 200kg but I’m not sure TBH. Size of the trough is 200cm x 65cm x 60cm. Very heavy obviously but should be quick to move with the right team. Please only offer if you’re able to bring the right guys to also move the trough.

I have the weed killer and spray bottle, my own whipper snipper, and the wood chips ready to go. I also have a green bin available for waste removal. I’m really just looking for labour to do the weeding, whipper snipping, apply the weed killer, and spread the mulch.

My monstera plant needs to be repotted/resoiled and it has outgrown its totem pole and is no longer upright as I've removed a number of its aerial roots. It's currently only upright as I've balanced in the pictures on the current pole, but otherwise collapses when moved. There are also two branches in the same pot. I need someone experienced with these plants to: - Repot or resoil and generally help fix it - Re-stake with a larger totem pole as they are no longer upright. - Potentially repot the smaller one in a separate pot if it makes sense I do not have any additional materials (soil, larger totem pole, etc) but happy to discuss arrangements for yourself or myself to purchase once we've agreed. One person can manage one plant on their own. The plants are tied in a couple of places with string so they are not too unwieldy, but there's still a lot of plant to wrangle up a stairwell. A bit awkward but totally doable (because the top half is pretty bendy). The plants weigh around 8k-9kg each - each plant is in a 30cm pot. Delivery is expected for 2.25pm. you will need to take the plants from the delivery truck and carry them up stairs to the rooftop garden on level 4 in a building that does not have an elevator. I think it would take 1 person an hour and 2 people 30 min so the $100 is the total amount for the job to be split amongst yourselves.

Move 40 pot plants and four tables from one side of the balcony to the other. I’m getting a cat net enclosure installed in a few days and I need to clear the area. Hi, I'd like to install weed mats in two narrow garden beds with existing plants. The first bed is approx 50cm x 400cm, and second is approx 40cm x 350cm with a 90 degree bend at the end. See photos. I'm looking for weed mats that are roughly 120 gsm, UV stabilised and permeable. It would be great if you could also finish the surface with tanbark (although this isn't a hard requirement). Happy to pay $70 per hour. I'll also be able to get stuck in to help (as long as you have a materials needed).
