There's garden soil all over my bedroom and lounge room floor!!

My monstera plant needs to be repotted/resoiled and it has outgrown its totem pole and is no longer upright as I've removed a number of its aerial roots. It's currently only upright as I've balanced in the pictures on the current pole, but otherwise collapses when moved. There are also two branches in the same pot. I need someone experienced with these plants to: - Repot or resoil and generally help fix it - Re-stake with a larger totem pole as they are no longer upright. - Potentially repot the smaller one in a separate pot if it makes sense I do not have any additional materials (soil, larger totem pole, etc) but happy to discuss arrangements for yourself or myself to purchase once we've agreed.
