Find an experienced garden planting specialist in NSW

Ihave three large pots that were previously planted with various succulents, but they have become overgrown, untidy and some have died. I'm looking for someone to a) advise what materials are needed so that I can supply (potting mix, new plants etc), b) recycle what can be kept from the current plants, c) plant the mixture of new and old plants in a pleasing design.

Planting along already prepared garden beds. We have ordered required plants and soil, and now need someone to add some more soil, take the plants (all small) out of pots, dig small holes and plant them. Estimate around 40 individual plants and there will be around 30-40 bags of soil. Also requires moving bags of soil (around 30 metres) to lower part of garden. Estimate 1 full day of work for 1 person.

One person can manage one plant on their own. The plants are tied in a couple of places with string so they are not too unwieldy, but there's still a lot of plant to wrangle up a stairwell. A bit awkward but totally doable (because the top half is pretty bendy). The plants weigh around 8k-9kg each - each plant is in a 30cm pot. Delivery is expected for 2.25pm. you will need to take the plants from the delivery truck and carry them up stairs to the rooftop garden on level 4 in a building that does not have an elevator. I think it would take 1 person an hour and 2 people 30 min so the $100 is the total amount for the job to be split amongst yourselves.
