EDIT: The large plants in the fish pond photo DO NOT need to be moved. Dismantle 2 or 3 raised timber garden beds. Requires digging up and replanting some plants (not very big). Take soil away from the property. Dismantle outdoor timber fish pond that is empty. Lay about 8 large concrete pavers and some pebble mix around all pavers in garden (I’ve not gotten to Bunnings yet to buy these). Advise on ground surface finish for under the fish pond, once it’s removed. Remove excess soil in your Ute or truck. It is a terrace (small block) with side access for a wheelbarrow, but 3 steps on the verandah to get out to the street. I would like great care taken to not scratch the verandah.

We have two small patios with gardens and a small, open storage area all Of which need leaves swept up, weeds plucked and tiny amounts of pruning. You'd have to bring your own gloves, rakes, brooms, bags and shears. I think it is less than a 90 minute job but will pay as if it is 3 hours, just in case.
