The venue’s architecture (bluestone, timber, and barrel hall grandeur) does most of the talking, so florals should feel organic, sculptural, and light, enhancing rather than overpowering the space. What’s needed: Design consultation: chat through cost-effective, seasonal options that fit the brief. Bridal bouquet: whites and greens with touches of burgundy; loose and natural, no ribbons or fussy details. Ceremony (Grand Hall): one statement arch or feature framed with branches or foliage (dogwood, olive, layered greenery). Should feel airy and dramatic but not over-styled. Reception (Barrel Hall): 6–8 table arrangements (mixed heights in glass vases) or 2 larger urn-style pieces for visual impact. Must complement the barrels and architecture — no rustic bunches. Logistics: full delivery, installation, and pack-down (timing to be confirmed with the venue). Style & palette: whites, greens, subtle burgundy accents, and layered foliage. Approximate balcony door size: 2.4m high × 1.6–1.8m wide. Prefer a broken arch design for the ceremony, but open to other creative suggestions. I need someone to go to the flower market and get flowers for our wedding, assemble them and put them in bud vases (provided) and deliver them to the venue, and put them on tables. The venue is sergeants mess in Mosman. I have attached images for inspiration. I would like colourful arrangement including snap dragons, roses, poppies and others like the images. We need around 30. 2 on each table (there are 10 tables). Then some at the bar and on cocktail tables outside.

Help with floral prep for a wedding. Will mostly be stripping roses, reflexing them and putting them into small vases. 3 rose arrangements are also needed (see attached photos). One red rose bridal bouquet and one red rose buttonhole (see attached photos). About 5 hours of work for 2 or 3 ppl. Will be done on-site at the lane retreat/Bimbadgen palmers lane in Pokolbin. Hi, I am looking for someone to setup the reception venue for my wedding. We will provide all of the flowers (single stem roses in bud vases) and all of the decorations (candles, menus, placecards). The setup will consist in arranging the tables in a pretty way and placing the place cards and menus on the tables on the day. The time slot allocated to this will be anytime from 9am and it has to be ready by 4pm. 15 tables approx. + small bridal table (seats 4 people). Pick up of the flowers/decorations is in Darlinghurst/Balmain and the reception is in Blakehurst.
