We’re looking for someone with floral design experience to help create a collaborative floral arrangement during a private event at Observatory Hill Rotunda, Sydney. What you’ll do: - Arrive at hotel nearby at 1pm to collect pre made floral arrangements - 2 x 1m tall attached to wooden board and poles. - Drive to event location (500m up the road) no later than 1.30pm before the event starts and familiarise yourself with the setup. - From 2pm, during the first 30 minutes of the event, help incorporate additional flower and foliage stems provided by guests into the two pre-made standing arrangements. - Use your floral design experience to ensure the arrangements remain balanced and beautiful. - Stay for a further 30 minutes to ensure everything is looking great. - Then carefully transport the two standing arrangements on wooden bases a short distance to our dinner venue. Total time: Approximately 2.5 hours total + short transport from hotel to rotunda to dinner location. Ideal person: Confident with floral arranging, has an eye for presentation, and is comfortable working with guests in a relaxed event environment.
