I need a florist or event stylist to set up for wedding only for the reception NO ceremony. It’s an easy job the florals will already be designed & pre-made - no floristry needed. Pick up wedding florals at Deanside VIC 3336 and delivery/set up at Mickleham 3064. Pack down and delivering plinths, candles back to Deanside to return. Setting up items at reception for 13-15 guest tables and bridal table (this may slightly change later but not too much as we’re still finalising): ~12-15x floral centrepieces ~ 12-15x mini table lamps ~50-70 tealight candles ~ 12-18 Bridal Table hurricane candles ~ 2 ghost plinths ~ 2x plinth floral centrepieces ~ 1x bar centrepiece ~ 1x wishing well centrepiece ~ 1x welcome sign + floral centrepiece (may not need you to set the welcome sign up) ~ 1x seating chart (we may not need you to set this up) Schedule and run sheet will be sent to you closer to the date. It’s just placing candles, floral centrepieces, welcome sign, etc. I need you to transport these items to the venue to set up too (only ~40min drive). I need someone with a good eye for event styling , preferably a florist or stylist with wedding styling experience.

Hello, I am looking for a florist to create 4 X large arrangements using existing faux floral stems and greenery. I have all the floral foam and vessels and a (frankly enormous) selection of flowers. Hydrangea, anthurium, amaranthus, Lisanthus, roses, lambs ear, delphiniums, magnolia branches, mossy willow branches etc... Not every single flower needs to be used. I have a few looks that I'm happy to show you. All you need to do is bring your skills and tools of the trade.

Help with curtains, flowers, candles and general event setup. Event experience preferred. Hours may run over and any additional time will be paid accordingly. Setup: 10 am–3 pm Pack-down: 10 pm–11:30 pm Similar work may also be available on Sunday.

I need someone to set up a party for me at a restaurant in Fitzroy. You will need to pick up the items from my house, deliver to venue and set them up there. All items are provided (floral arrangements, candles and candle sleeves) you just need to transport and set them up per an agreed plan 1. Arrive house in west Melbourne (3k from venue) and pick up approx 3 boxes and flowers 2. Set up flowers and around 4 dozen candles. Flowers are arranged just need to be put in water 3. Needs to be done at the venue at 5.30pm Saturday 18 April Happy for it to be one or two people but must have event experience and references and must have track record on here
