We are removing old cork and require timber flooring sanded and polished. Staple removal necessary. Area is kitchen 7.5m x 3.5m (less width where cabinetry located). - Due date: Flexible

I am looking at sanding the pavers in backyard to get rid of the stains. It is about 4x8m.

Floor Sanding and Polishing required for approximately 65sqm of hardwood floor and staircase

I am after a quote to get these floors redone. Not sure if a full sand and polish is required or whether there is a buffing that can be done to improve the appearance.  These scratches have been caused by our dog's nails :( You can see the scratches much worse when light is shining at a certain angle and sometimes can't see it unless light is shining on. Therei are spots where you can still see the scratches regardless of lighting. Hallway 18m X 1.3m = 23.5 sqm  Dining - 3.6 X 5.6 = 20sqm  Kitchen - 8sqm Total - about 50sqm Job only needs to be completed in the next couple of weeks / month and can be flexible on dates. Preferably over a weekend so we can be out or away for 2 days.
