Sand and seal floor in Two Rooms - Room 1 - 2920mm x 2510mm Room 2 - 3490mm x 3000mm - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 5 December 2023

We have pulled up the carpet on our 1929 semi-detached and found some old timber flooring we would like to recover. Looking for someone to sand and finish. Approximately 60sqm according to the floor plan. - Due date: Flexible

60 Sq meters (Small 2 bed house) Plywood laid but there are some uneven surfaces and some plaster debris on the floor. Would like to get it sanded to level it out as much as possible. We are going to then lay vinyl peel n stick ontop. Should be fairly easy job with rotary floor sander.

-Sand and apply stain and vanish on hard wood flooring of a room 5x 5.5m. - It had parquetry laid on top which I removed but has old glue on surface of wood. - one section that had MDF which I just laid hardwood flooring to. It’s different kind of wood but I don’t have an issue with it. - I need invoice for the task.

You need to sand and polish the floor boards to have a smooth finish. The floor had carpet previously. It is lounge, dining, meals and four bedrooms. Total 110 square metres. We will remove carpet, nails and staples. 3 coats, semigloss polyurethane water based.

3x3 meter room with floor boards that I would like sanded and varnished to match the existing varnished boards of the same type in the lounge room.

Need to do sanding before hybrid(timber) flooring is done for 225 sq m area.
