Needed: Floor Sanding and Polishing with Solvent Based Polyurethane. The work required is in the house that I'm currently buying, and I can get the necessary work started once the settlement is done, and I get the keys. The area is around 90sqm. Plus 7 steps staircase. Its cypress pine around 19mm thick. The carpet,underlay, staples and edgestrips have been removed. Need to cover the nails. Level and fine sand Apply 2coats of clear solvent based polyurethane in satin finish.
