Roughly 75sq meters of radiata pine 114mm raw flooring we are looking to get sanded and polished. We would prefer to use a water based poly. Some repairs required where walls are being knocked down. Hello, I need urgently a quote for someone to come to my house and do the following: - Remove carpet from area (71.26 sqm) - Repair timber flooring ( radiata pine). There are some squeaking planks and some that are cracked, so require replacement. How many? Don't know- maybe 5-10 pieces in total or thereabouts. The actual pine has never been sanded, or coated before. But all the nails will need to be pushed in so everything is reinforced. - Total area that requires polishing, sanding: 78.76 sqm ( carpeted area + kitchen- that has wooden floors as well). - Apply 3 -pack coats of varnish. Finish: satin ( not gloss) - Apply 4th coat of varnish (extra) Starting date: ASAP. Even today if possible. (09.10.2019) Please quote for polyurethane as well as water-based varnish.
