If you can't do the carpet please read the other two needed. 1. to replace 3 rooms with new carpet. 2. to replace 3 carpeted rooms with polished floor look alike (engineered) 3. to do the whole unit in engineered or something that looks like polished floors. 2 bdrm lowest, open plan, 1 x bathroom, 1 x WC, 1 x kitchen. Plus inside built ins. So 3 quotes, if you can only quote on the engineered timber floating floorboards that is fine. That is what I really want. I just cant afford polished floors.
