Discussing objectives
Your hired sports coach Tasker can help you plan your sports objectives for you or your team. Do you want to learn the sport for fun or fitness? Do you want to become a professional athlete in the sport you chose? Your Tasker can adjust their training style and regimen to fit your goals.
If you hire them to train a team, they can discuss timetables with you and agree on how much time they can spend assembling your team and preparing them for competition.
Recruiting team members
Your Tasker can conduct recruitment activities in case they are coaching for your team. They can screen and test potential candidates, making sure recruits meet the minimum standard physical requirements. They may request the assistance of your school nurse or a medical professional to do physical exams on each potential recruit. Your Tasker can then begin training sessions for the team once it’s assembled.
Training and fitness programs
Your Tasker can provide the necessary training drills, performance-enhancing workouts and diet programs as required. They can supervise the training and monitor each team member’s progress in terms of speed and quality of performance. You may want to hire a separate service to help you stick to your recommended diet. You can take this a step further and have someone prepare healthy meals.
Assessing performance and coaching at games
Towards the end of the service and once you or your team have absorbed all of the sport’s principles and techniques, your Tasker can conduct a practice game. They can use this to assess your or your team’s performance and pinpoint areas that need improvement. Your Tasker may take a video for review later.
They can assess your performance, provide feedback, redo some lessons or even recommend taking a specialised workout program if they think this can improve your performance. This process can continue until you are both satisfied with your latest assessment, and your Tasker believes you’ve achieved your goals. Once you or your team have completed training, some Taskers can attend your competitions. They can continue to provide support and guidance to help you or your team win games.
