Gym buddy services include all the necessary activities to find you a gym partner to accompany and assist you in your gym workouts. They can provide the motivation you need to help you push through your workouts and help you reach your fitness goals. 

Discussing your goals 

Before you hit the gym together, your gym buddy Tasker can sit down with you and talk about your workout schedule and fitness goals. They can plan with you that details when, where, how long and which types of workouts you can do together. If you don’t have a set fitness routine and don’t know which exercises to do, some Taskers can help you make a fitness program upon request. 

Assisting in your workouts

When you and your fitness buddy for gym workouts hit the gym together, they can help you do each exercise. They can spot you as you lift heavy dumbbells or barbells and ensure you maintain the proper form. Your gym buddy can also help you do new exercises and help you operate any exercise machines or equipment that you may not know how to use.  

They can help you execute each exercise, so you don’t hurt your back, injure yourself from overexertion and minimise muscle soreness. Note that you may have to return the favour and spot your gym buddy when they do their exercises too. While you’re at the gym, how about hiring someone to look after your precious cat or pooch?

Helping you improve

When you lack the motivation to keep to your workout schedule, your fitness buddy can provide you with the encouragement you need. I am a 22 year old student from the UK who feels quite nervous in the gym training alone as I don't really know what I am doing/extremely weak. Looking for someone to create a workout and meal plan for me and train with me for 1-2 sessions a week at Randwick Fitness First. I go away in 5-6 weeks so looking to see results by then. Doesn't need to have a PT qualification but a strong knowledge and interest in health and nutrition is essential. Boxing training would be a bonus as I quite enjoyed those classes. I have a very flexible schedule so can train pretty much anytime.
