Find a professional gym buddy in QLD

I currently go to Goodlife and am looking for a gym buddy to work out with to help me put on muscle, and improve my posture and strength. I have Perthes in my left hip and a Kyphosis and a Lordosis Not after a PT as I already have one but someone to work out with. I am based in Brisbane - Due date: Flexible

I have a basic level of fitness atm but feeling sluggish and unmotivated. I need a fun buddy who's keen to smash it! I have gym membership but never use it. Prefer outdoor workouts and apps. I have had personal trainers previously but can no longer afford. Have good form and know how do some lifting. Would love a person on a similar level to workout with. I'm not flakey. Looking for either a gym buddy who is happy to train with me few times a week (understand you are not a trainer - as long as we can keep each other motivated 🙂) I have access to a gym where I live or happy to hit a local gym on south side of Brisbane city If you are good at high intensity exercise - that’s a bonus too! My fitness levels are pretty average at the moment and fixed timing group classes don’t work for me. 3 x weekly
