I am looking for a personal trainer or just all round fitness enthusiast to help me get in shape and lose my corona kilos ): What I would like is if you could meet me at my house in Dural (close to Cherrybrook) around 3-4 times a week for 1 hour and we can go for a run to Greenway oval for a few laps as well as do other exercises like squats, burpees etc. I basically just want a friendly person who can help motivate me to get into shape.
