This role is ideal for someone who can come in towards the end of the night and ensure everything is packed away smoothly so we don’t have to worry about anything. Event Details: - Reception only  - Will have immediate family there to assist if needed - Pack down time: from ~8:15pm – 10:00pm (approx.) - All items will be organised and instructions provided Key Responsibilities: - Pack down reception décor - Collect and pack table items into boxes (candles, vases, signage, etc.) - Pack leftover food items (if required) - Pack down tables, roughly 14 - Help load items into designated vehicles or storage area - Ensure nothing is left behind at the venue What I’m Looking For: - Efficient, organised, and able to work quickly - Trustworthy and careful with wedding items - Able to follow instructions and take initiative when needed - Previous event experience is a bonus but not required Notes: - This is a straightforward pack-down role (no coordination required) - Everything will be pre-labelled with clear instructions Budget is hourly rate If you’re reliable and happy to help wrap up the night smoothly, I’d love to hear from you 😊
