We have just chopped down a large clump of banana trees, but now we need the stumps/roots removed. Approximately 4 square metre footprint. Because they are banana trees, grinding down the stumps will not work, as they will regrow. They need to be dug out. Once removed, we need the stumps, and remaining trunks, taken away.

My LG OLED TV turns off by itself. Initially, it would shut down after about 5 minutes, then after restarting, it would turn off within a minute or less. Now it shuts down almost immediately after turning on. I’ve already checked and disabled all power-saving modes and other settings, but the issue continues. I have a low-set house with crawl space under it, so reasonably easy access. Approx 4 of the steel footings/stumps need to be replaced and others are showing signs of rust near their base (have included a photo of a footing in good condition - replaced 15 years ago and an original footing approx 30yrs old that is rusting at its base and need to be replaced). There is also one section where new concrete footings should be installed along the outside edge of the house (photo taken from outside are area where new footings should be installed).

Grind out remnants of three palm clumps and a tree stump.

Remove a large hedge approximately 3m long, 1.5m wide, 2m tall and a small tree approximately 3m high. The hedge has two bases, and also an old one at the back. Remove all and either dig up or grind the stumps. Cover the area with gravel or crushadust or similar so we can put a bench on it.

5 pre-supplied rectangular pieces of laminate benchtop need to be cut to fit to kitchen angles and installed on cabinetry carcass (already in place). The cuts required are minimal - to angled walls and around window sills. Toggles included and toggle holes in benchtops already in place. Please see photos for example of old kitchen benchtops, diagram showing size of newly supplied benchtops and rough cut lines (in red), as well as particular cuts needed around window sills.
