I have 2 table lamps that seem to have trouble with the contacts in their switches - need to hold the on switch in a particular position for the switch to work Happy to bring the lamps to you and pick up

I have two sink tap outlets and two washing machine outlets I need moving. The outlets need to come out at the back of the lower cabinet in the pictured, approximately the height of the drawn lines shown in picture two.

Lounge room ceiling is flaking and needs repainting, small bathroom walls needs repainting, some touch ups required as well. $80 per hour

Replacements tapware is provided, will need basic plumbing supplies to ensure washers and internal parts match new tapware. $50 for the work and cost of any additional materials

Adding wood cladding or rendering to a pillar approx. 4–5m tall at the front porch. I have 3 taps that when you turn them on, no water comes out.

I have 3 leaky taps in my bathrooms and kitchen that require fixing. I have replaced the washers multiple times and need a more permanent fix. With the kitchen tap, it may be leaking into u dwr the sink some how and will require investigating.
