I have 2 tree stumps that have been cut long time ago, but would need to come out fully. 1 stump lilkely just needs cutting with chainsaw just below as I have dug around it enough. 2nd stump will need cutting lower with chainsaw plus grinding as much as possible. 2nd one does not need to be perfect as long as a bit lower than current ground. Both stumps are easily assible, but for griding you will need a small mashine to accssibe not one of these big ones as its just next to the bulding. I will remove more dirt around the 2nd stump for better accesse.

Need 5 tree stumps removed or grinded - palm trees so not too big

Touch up of paint on ceiling in a couple of locations. Ladder will be needed for access. See photos attached.

Demolish concrete steps and part of walkway with concrete saw and cango hammer. There is a leak behind the steps so they need to come out down to about 20cm below the inside room level. Maximum height is about a metre from the top of highest step down. Part of the sloped walkway also needs to come out. There’s no access for a machine so it needs to be by hand - a combination of concrete saw to help slice it up and cango hammer. The rubble can be wheelbarrowed around to front of house (flat walk way). Need to get it down sometime in the next week or so.

I have removed two small conifers and require the stumps to be ground below soil level. The stumps are between 12 - 14 inches in diameter.

Grind 2 stumps to just below the dirt.

Require something a bit urgent, ideally today (14 March) or tomorrow (15 March before 1pm) some help to plug a few gaps between bottom of fence and ground. Also a gate where want to leave a small gap, but need to reduce it a bit too. Photos supplied. Most panes have some timber at bottom but missing in 3 sections show in photos. Would require supply of material (timber or something else suitable - happy if able to secure some metal to bottom to reduce gaps). Main purpose is to prevent a small dog from getting through the gaps.
