Back steps leading from house were made from brick and wood. Wood has rotted away and so only steps remain. Would prefer to be rebuilt in brick but need to leave ventilation open. Will pay for bricks and cement so labour cost only. Bricks and cement will need to be procured by tradesman and receipts provided.

I’m pulling the tiles from my outdoor toilet and just need two taps installed on the wall where the pipes come out. One hot, one cold. Just need cistern tap as pictured. Might as well replace the old one while you’re there. Pipes will be rerun once the tiles are out. Should only take a few minutes. In the backyard with rear lane access so you can just park out back.
