First fix for vanity spout and mixer tap - raise copper pipes to correct height - plaster board already removed. (Plaster board and small tile splash back to then be completed). Remove spout and mixer tap from bath wall (incorrectly positioned by builder) fit to vanity wall. Plumb vanity/basin waste into wall pipe. Fit correct taps to bath - first fix. (6, 97mm tiles to be replaced around fittings). Fit correct bath tapware - final fix. 2 visits required for first fix and final fix (as refitting plasterboard and tile needs to happen in between).

Here are the details: - Both jobs need to be done on the same day. - I’ll provide the new fittings, but they need to be professionally installed. - The property is in Bedford Park. - I’m flexible with the timing. The plumber must be licensed and have experience in mixer and tap installations. They should also bring their own tools and any extra fittings required for a proper finish. Ridge caps have moved in a number of tiles, concrete cracking and needs fixing. Experienced roofer only please particularly dealing with roof tiles.

Need assistance to remove the end cap on a curtain track, insert additional hanging clips, and resecure the cap. The curtain was temporarily installed with approx. 1m of clips skipped and will need to be unclipped and re-hung on the new clips. The curtain rod also needs repositioning to the end of the curtain. The end cap is pop-riveted from the top – it may be possible to drill it out without removing the rail. The installer’s own judgment is required for the best method.

I need someone to scrape and remove about 1 inch (approx 2.5cm) of topsoil from a garden pathway so I can lay some weed mat and fresh stones. The path is roughly 6 metres long and 0.7 metres wide. The job involves: • Scraping off the top layer of dirt evenly along the path • Removing and disposing of all soil and debris Important: • No paving or relaying is required – I’ll take care of that later. • Access is straightforward. • Must bring your own tools (shovel, wheelbarrow, etc.) and be able to remove the soil offsite. Looking for a licensed electrician to complete a few small installations in a single-storey home (built in 2021) in Port Noarlunga. Building plans can be provided if needed. Scope of work: Install 1 GPO with TV antenna socket in a bedroom (existing antenna already in place — this is just an additional outlet). Install 1 ceiling light point with switch in a small hallway (currently no existing light). Install an LED strip light in the alfresco ceiling recess, projecting upward to provide soft indirect lighting. Install 3 or 4 ceiling-mounted light points in the garage, projecting light upward. This replaces the previous plan for LED strip lighting in that area. All work must comply with relevant electrical standards, and a compliance certificate is required upon completion.
