I’m looking for a licensed plumber to supply and install 2 x sink scrap traps (ScrapTrap or similar) for my double stainless steel commercial kitchen sink. Details: • Double bowl sink (2 drains) • Need plumber to supply suitable scrap traps (like 3monkeez ScrapTrap or equivalent) • Remove existing waste fittings if required • Install and connect properly to existing plumbing • Ensure no leaks and compliant with local plumbing standards

Both taps of my basin are barely letting water out. A not so handy friend recently ‘fixed’ the leaking taps. Rest of the house has water flowing. Just not these taps now . Please only respond if you have these skills.

Some photos will be arranged in a neat gallery-style grouping (accurate measuring and levelling important). I have some hardware but likely not everything required – please bring appropriate fixings and tools. I’d like everything level, evenly spaced and professionally finished. Also required Move 1 armchair up one flight of internal stairs.

Repair steps and verandah area as pictures and re-paint whole verandah and steps with a Dulux (Acratex AcraSand) paint or similar. Approx 10sqm total. Preparing house for sale. Work required to be done in late March / early April. Thanks

I need a licensed plumber to replace the existing kitchen sink mixer with a brand-new one (I’ve already purchased it, still unused and in the box). They should also replace the laundry tap set with standard hot and cold water handles/taps that I have purchased. Here are the details: - Both jobs need to be done on the same day. - I’ll provide the new fittings, but they need to be professionally installed. - The property is in Bedford Park. - I’m flexible with the timing. The plumber must be licensed and have experience in mixer and tap installations. They should also bring their own tools and any extra fittings required for a proper finish. Please provide me with your availability and an estimate for the job. Please also note that both the existing tabs have some issues with leaks that I need resolved in the same job. I’m assuming the new tapware will solve this.

Ridge caps have moved in a number of tiles, concrete cracking and needs fixing. Experienced roofer only please particularly dealing with roof tiles.

Need assistance to remove the end cap on a curtain track, insert additional hanging clips, and resecure the cap. The curtain was temporarily installed with approx. 1m of clips skipped and will need to be unclipped and re-hung on the new clips. The curtain rod also needs repositioning to the end of the curtain. The end cap is pop-riveted from the top – it may be possible to drill it out without removing the rail. The installer’s own judgment is required for the best method.

Cut down and disposal of 2 x clumps of bamboo. Open to cost pricings.
