NSW registered surveyor to survey residential backyard. Owner is constructing a new concrete slab, steps and low height retaining walls ( 460 mm high ). Need a survey to establish the following: - concrete slab, steps and retaining walls finished levels. -slab boundary. -concrete footings , there are 6 footings -peg out the finished slab, steps and retaining wall finished levels. -peg out the slab boundary. -peg out the locations of the 6 footings. -provide a drawing of the survey. the new slab, steps & retaining walls only covers an area of about 10 m x 6 m as shown on the attached pics. the backyard has a gentle slope & good access. owner needs the survey done so that builder can construct the slab, steps and retaining walls.
