We have replaced our floors & all skirting boards we’re taken off and put back on. Hence we need them gap filled & touched up (not fully painted) It’s a 2 bed apartment so it’s about 50 linear metres all the way around bedrooms, living room etc… We also have a new interior door that will need priming & 2 coats. Detach kitchen cupboards and benchtops (see pics). We have a crew to do the lifting and carrying. Kitchen size:L 3m X W 2.5m X H 2.5m. Cupboards size: 80cm X 30 X 30 Broom cupboard: 250cm X 50 X 60. Estimated less than 4 hour task.

I have a few paint chips in walls that need repairing. One is slightly deeper. Found some supplies left here by the previous tenant that may have been used for wall touch ups, if not it seems like a very basic white. There’s a Bunnings nearby if needed for an exact match, your time and new purchase of paint for it if you don’t have any. And also after leaning on a towel rail it’s become slightly removed from the wall and hangs off. I’m guessing it can be glued back on. Need done in the next few days as I am moving soon.

I did a mini refresh in my new unit and need a shower head, rail and tap installed and a bathroom tap.

Mount Simpson 5.5kg dryer on wall in bathroom with supplied brackets. The wall is masonry and needs new holes drilled as I would like the dryer higher than where the old one was (old dryer has already been removed). I don’t have the plugs for the wall and only have 4 screws and I think 6 are required.

Stump grind 2 stumps and remove waste. Stumps are about 60cm each in diameter. Required to be removed to install a fence. Stumps are located in a vacant block, so access should not be an issue. Request to be removed ASAP and buy Monday at the latest. I can meet you on site Saturday afternoon, Sunday (flexible) or Monday morning.

Install a new ceramic (base and cistern) toilet. It is a right hand skew P trap pan. Install new shower head and two taps in bathroom. I am In a unit in Nundah on the third floor with only stair access. I am very flexible with times.

Labour to remove 2 old jumper valve taps and 1 spout. Replace with new jumper valve set that I have purchased: hot tap, cold tap and spout.

Hi I’m moving out on Wednesday and have 3 small chips on the wall from frames that were hung up on the wall. I need it to be covered. I’ve tried doing it myself and tried to get a colour match from Bunnings using some scrapes from the wall but the colour didn’t match and the chipped paint is still slightly visible. Just need someone to do it as maybe they are able to find a better colour match than me.
