As above. We have 2 minor chips and a corner that needs to be fixed; corner is out of sight so doesn’t need to be perfect.

Chasing a local panel beater who can touch up some minor chips and scratches, and a larger dent on the passenger side door.

Plumber required to complete the following task in detached single room building: Visit 1: Pre kitchenette install - decommission existing wall mounted taps and relocate pipes under bench level for commissioning of a bench top mixer tap (in accordance with attached plan). - there are currently 2 x water pipes coming out of wall (as per photo) that will also need to be cleaned up or used Can discuss post kitchenette install job after completing first step. - Due date: Flexible

Plumber: fix kitchen sink tap (the faucet seals are dead and faucet is loose) and tap washers need replacement + two outdoor taps are leaking, so washers may need replacing (or taps replacing with hardpipe soldering). Can provide photos.

Toilet is leaking in upstairs bathroom, appears to be from base of toilet. The leak is very slow on both sides of the toilet. Appears to be coming from where toilet is sealed to floor, I've attached images of where it's likely coming from. 2x taps with slight leaks in house require replacement. Upstairs shower and downstairs basin, would like both of the taps in both shower and basin to get replacement oring and washer.

Seal gaps around bathroom basin/bench and bath.
