Walt was very professional in his work on my headphones. It was a fiddly job that required parts to be ordered and time to ensure that they worked again. We had good communication throughout the process - I had stressed that it was not an urgent job - I wanted to give him the time to fix them…….which he did! Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him…..he’s a good and honest man!

My headphones keep flashing orange and white continuously when connected to a charger or a laptop via USB. The Bose Software Updater detects them when plugged in, but there’s no greeting tone when powered on, and the indicator light turns off as soon as it’s unplugged. I’ve already tried both a hardware reset and a 30-second deep reset, but the orange and white flashing persists. It seems like the battery might be dead, though I’m not completely sure. I’d like to have this issue fixed and, if necessary, get a battery replacement or any other required parts.

Headphones get plugged in. USB-C. I've bought a few new jacks, they started to last really short periods. Last one worked for a day. Same port, still charges my phone. Tried a tiny, light clean there after, don't think it helped. Pic here = Jack. Jack port. USB-C Jack. (I think)

My Bose headphones work perfectly using Bluetooth but when using the cable I need to wiggle the jack where it goes into the Bose headphone to get it to work effectively. If so don’t wiggle it the sound is low.

Hi there, The right ear cup of my Sony WH-1000XM5 is not producing sound - instead, all audio is replaced by white noise during both ambient and noise-cancelling. Despite the lack of sound, the touch controls still work on the right ear cup. I have tried the basics to repair them from cleaning the earcups to get rid of any earwax to resetting them to factory settings.
