Hi, regarding my previous post where you asked me if there was a drainage. Yes there is drainage and hot and cold water point along with natural gas point. Probably you might have to extend the gas line and a key or something to turn the gas on and off and connect to the cooktop.

We want two concrete work to be done: 1. Concrete steps infront of the house. Currently we have merbue steps. Which we will remove . We want to replace merbue steps with concrete. 4.6 meters from front of the house to pavement. And we want 1.5 metres width of each step. To be discussed more when offer accepted. This has to be with exposed aggregate to match with driveway. 2. Extension of alfresco with concrete. Appropriate 7 meter length and 4 meters width.
