Ceiling touch ups re-plastered from minor roof leak (now resolved) and small ceiling cracks in kitchen and dining room/hallway (all connected) in small house. Remove 3 yukka stumps. Have drilled poison into them and they have been dead for months but yeah still very, very hard to remove! Need them fully removed from the ground, not just cut down. Will be replanting new trees.

2 tree stumps between the drive way and the wall of the unit. the size of the stumps are about 4 inches above ground level and say 2 ft diameter with depth of approx 400 mm in depth On the house side isa storm water 100 mil pipe and a gas line under that i think please be careful. Easy access

My PS4 won't spit out disks anymore. I tried to manually eject them using a screwdriver but was unsuccessful. I'd love someone to be able to open up the console and fix the disc rotors (which I think is the reason for them not ejecting). Please provide me with quotes below if you'd like the job :)
