Surface prep — sweep, clean, and degrease as needed; light sand/wire-brush on bare and flaky patches patches; fill any minor cracks or chips if required. 2. 1 coat of primer across the full area (bare concrete primer for some small bare sections, suitable for exterior concrete/paving). 3. Looking for a 1-2-person handyman job with van/ute to dismantle and dispose of old cafe base cabinets. I am KEEPING the benchtops. They need to be carefully unscrewed from the cabinets, lifted off, and set aside safely on-site without being damaged or thrown away. Dimensions: One 4m x 60cm section and one 3m x 60cm section. Plumbing: Mains water is isolated. Please disconnect the under-sink PVC drainage and remove the sink/taps from the benchtop so the benchtop can be safely removed. Disposal: You must demolish and dispose of the cabinet bases only.

Two steps rotted and need replacing

I’m looking for someone to fully remove the remaining tree stumps/stems and roots from a garden bed beside our fence to prevent regrowth. The trees have already been cut down, but several stumps and roots are still in the ground. If possible, I’d also like all removed roots and green waste taken away and disposed of.

Move cold tap for washing machine (to go below new counter and behind new front loader) blank off hot water. no need to make good as applying a splashback. Remove taps from wall and reroute to level below new sink level for modern faucet.

I need some minor painting done including touch ups on some walls and doors

I just need help with hanging cabinet on the wall, my wall is gyprock/gypsum. As well as hanging mirror and painting on the wall.

I need a loose brick to be fixed back in place. The brick is on the entry steps to the house.

I would like to install 2 x taps off existing outdoor shower as shown in the picture. Lower tap to be installed on other side of brick cavity wall.
