Hi, I'm after a cabler to run an ethernet cable through my home from downstairs to upstairs. House is brick outter with plastboard on the interior. There are two sets of manholes you will need to acces, one downstairs to feed the cable upto into ground floor roof, then through here into a hole to reach level two, and then climb into level 2 manhole to run it to the relevant rooms. I've had a look in the manhole and there looks to already be a hole to feed the cable through the brick to get upstairs Looking at having a rj45 port next to the router which then runs upstairs into a switch inside the roof cavity. Then I'd like 2 ethernet cables from the switch into 2 bedrooms - where you would also need to pop another set of rj45 ports. Prefer for someone to pop in to provide quotes.

1. Kitchen tap - the top has come off, please refer to image for more details. The tap has hot and cold water. Need to replace the kitchen sink tap. 2. Bathroom basin tap. The tap has to be changed with similar one or the top has to be fixed on the current one. Also a seperate issue it leaks from the bottom randomly at times and only stops when we turn the supply for this tap off. Not sure if it’s due to water pressure.
