Both my kitchen and laundry taps are loose at the base. The laundry tap needs a new washer. The kitchen tap is very hard to access. I think it just needs something tightened but it’s difficult to see.

We need our back deck sanded and oiled. It’s a 30sqm deck with two timber steps at the bottom. We can provide the oil if need. We will also will screw all the screws down so none are exposed before sanding. Job in Nambour. Deck will obviously be clear and empty. You need to provide sander & tools for oiling etc. thank you!

We are looking for a quote on a small building job. Looking to replace the front steps leading onto our deck. These are our main entrance, and they have started to rust out, and we need a handrail for safety, etc. Details of the job are below. 1. remove existing treads and stringers 2. install 2 new stringers - concreted into ground, and bolted onto deck 3. install the 4 treads (aprox 1400mm x 300mm x 50mm) 4. install a handrail on either side - concreted into ground - bolted onto existing deck handrail. Install stainless steel balustrade wiring (see example picture for reference of suggested handrail design) We'd like to use hardwood for the whole project. Ironbark Timber are our preferred supplier (let me know if you have a better suggestion). We are happy to dispose of existing materials if you pull them out as we have a big tip run to do down the track). Looking for the quote to include a breakdown of how much for materials and how much for labour. Hoping to have the job completed in the next 3-4 weeks. Aprillia sport city 2010 125 scooter Fuse 10 keeps blowing , we checked the wires to the brake lines. Might be the starter motor or starter relay .
