Shower is hard to turn off to stop it dripping. Once turned off very tightly it stops dripping - plumber to attend. May require valve or washers to be replaced / cleaned by plumber? Not looking to replace original shower head or controls at this stage. Taps are ready to be installed. Flexible with timing - ideally would take place early one morning. Any questions, let me know.

DIY window chiller needs to be taken away from unit..still works..do whatever you want with it..and in my car a replacement unit to be helped carry upstairs.I can help with both items.(carrying). 4 flights of stairs...the unit upstairs weighs about 35 kilos..the replacement is around 45kg

Seeking a plumber to help with the following jobs: 1 - fix water connection to cold water in the kitchen sink tap. Rehang bi-fold door onto bathroom. Need brackets to fix to wall and top 'wheel' thingy. If possible repair the wood at bottom of door on 2 sides as in pics. I can then hopefully paint them myself. - Due date: Before Sunday, 7 January 2024
